Synopsis

Asano has an amazing memory, with words forming tangible shapes, tastes and colours in his mind. Kevin, meanwhile, is a flamboyant, hospitable man who in an inebriated state, cannot even remember the name of the street he lives on. When the two meet, words end up being a burden in the relationship. Directed by the brilliant cinematographer Christopher Doyle, ‘Away with Words’ is an intoxicating melange of thoughts, emotions and images.
